KloudIt respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use the KloudIt application and how that information is used.

When you create an account or use KloudIt, you may provide information such as your email address, username, mixes, ratings, reviews, likes, follows, saved mixes, and other content you choose to submit.
2. Account and Authentication Data
KloudIt uses third-party infrastructure to provide account authentication and application functionality. Authentication information may be processed as necessary to create and secure your account, confirm your email address, sign you in, and help you reset your password.
3. Community Content
Content you intentionally make public, such as public mixes, ratings, reviews, usernames, and other community activity, may be visible to other KloudIt users. Private content is intended to remain accessible only as permitted by the application's functionality and access controls.
4. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate KloudIt, provide requested features, maintain accounts, display community content, improve reliability and user experience, prevent abuse, and provide support.
5. Service Providers
KloudIt may rely on third-party service providers for services such as hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, email delivery, subscriptions, and application distribution. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase KloudIt Pro through the Apple App Store, payment processing is handled by Apple and related subscription infrastructure. KloudIt does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
7. Brand and Product References
KloudIt may display names of third-party shisha, tobacco, flavor, or related brands and products to help users identify flavors and create or discuss mixes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KloudIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with those third-party brands or product manufacturers. All third-party brand names, product names, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. KloudIt does not claim ownership of those brands, products, or trademarks.
8. Data Retention and Account Requests
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account functionality, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Where available, users may request account or data deletion through the application or by contacting KloudIt support.
9. Security
KloudIt uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
KloudIt is not intended for children under the age required to independently consent to online services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as KloudIt evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed when material revisions are published.
